"The reception was good staff helpful, our room was up in the lift, ok with wheelchair, lots of space in the room, only let down was the bath with no grab rails, my husband couldn't climb into it, luckily we only stayed 1 night, i did mention it at check in no shower only rooms available. Liked the idea of a mini kitchenette. A nice walk down to the restaurants, but steep walking back up, good job my husband had his mobility scooter. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT WIFI OR PLENTIFUL HOT WATER - bathroom door didn't shut and shower head kept detaching and soaking the whole area. Had to keep turning water on and off to get hot shower. "

"What a stunning hotel. The staff are absolutely fantastic and so attentive without being intrusive. The guests were also so polite warm and greeting, a reflection the hotels staff and culture. One of the best breaks we have ever had. Will return very soon"
