Hotel is in great condition, desk staff are very pleasant but the the bar staff and waiters can be incredibly rude and unresponsive. I even had one of them shout at me when I used an open fire exit to access the pool when my card failed. Not really the four star treatment you expect. Other than that, the hotel is incredibly clean and looked after, just a shame some of the staff can’t raise their game.

Guaranteed 🌞 after a bad winter in U.K. A beautiful building-light, spacious and spotlessly clean. Location is excellent, everything clean, stayed in Junior Suite which is great, nice and spacious and overlooks the front of hotel which can be noisy but fine if close the doors, beds bit hard, pool meant to be heated but tepid at best, lots of sun beds biggest disappointment was the restaurant, the quality of food ok but the choice very limited, no warm plates, replenishing of food sometimes slow (not really busy) only can get juice and water at breakfast have to buy bottles at dinner, but do clear your tables as soon as finished.

This is the fourth time of visiting this hotel. I have never had any complaints. The staff are friendly, helpful and the hotel is spotless. The food is excellent with plenty of choice. The bar prices are all reasonable despite being in a hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Added bonus of its own entertainment lounge so no need to leave the hotel in the evening if you don’t want to.
