Only minor niggle during our weeks visit was the wait time at lifts as one of the three lifts were not operating all week and if you were staying in one of the higher floors you could wait for a long time. "I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa...

"Stayed at the avenida for a friends 70 birthday we requested rooms with a balcony overlooking the pedestrian pavements which we recieved.Check in was quick and staff very friendly hotel has just reopened after refirbisment our rooms were lovely and white and airy,beds were proper divans so comfy,towels changed daily.The food and drink were excellent we went a.inclusive.Right bang in the centre of old town one street away from sea front.Cabaret shows and music is geared up for the spanish but...
