This hotel is beautiful and we would highly recommend. It’s in a beautiful, converted monastery. Location is perfect and rooms are gorgeous with a luxury bathroom. We loved the breakfast options. The only downside was that the skylight window would not close automatically via the controls late at night and it was noisy outside and rained in the early hours. Otherwise, this hotel was really wonderful.

Nice hotel in a lovely and quiet part of town. Staff were very friendly. We did not eat in the restaurant, but had lovely cheese and meat in the bar after a late arrival. Breakfast was a little busy at times, but absolutely fine overall. Bergamo is a charming city with lots to see and Milan is close enough for a day trip by train.

Dealing in english with the reception was difficult: we requested extra pillows, but they never arrived, and asked for a second key card, which led to the deactivation of the first one. Breakfast was extremely crowded, with all the food located in one corner, resulting in long queues for the coffee machine. Housekeeping came unexpectedly every day without request, including towel changes, which is not very environmentally friendly. The rooms were extremely small with no counter space or luggage rack. The spa required an additional fee. Overall, a nice hotel, but not worth the price.

Gorgeous central hotel with friendly staff. Was very lucky to get an upgrade to the imperial suite on the first night which was incredible, this apartment had a jacuzzi and a sauna. The room the following night was also fabulous and also included a jacuzzi and sauna. Very comfortable bed and quiet hotel.

New and fresh hotel with great architectual details. Fantastic location at the end of a supernice shopping and restaurant street. Fancy restaurant with great outside seating and cool bar. Also has a spa with two saunas, pool with waterfall and boublebath (needs to be booked due to capasity) that costs 20€ per person. Good breakfast inside and with restaurant facilities available as well.
