"Nice style and furnishings, all amenities I needed. Felt slightly wary arriving at night as access was an exterior side entrance with no working lighting. However I felt safe in the room and any noise from the pub downstairs was minimal. The room had signs of damp on some walls and the shower had mould patches. There were good quality tea and coffee options as well as toiletries. The bed was really comfy. Overall a comfy and convenient stay. "

"We liked where the property was situated. The staff were friendly & efficient & the breakfast & pub meals were lovely. The bedroom was spacious & clean. The bathroom was small but adequate but the sink was blocked. Someone did try to unblock it but that resulted in a leak. It didn't make our stay any less enjoyable though. "

"Terrific! We stayed in Room 1 where everything had been so carefully created. The coffee percolator supplied with fresh coffee and milk, the cookies and water were great ideas. The bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower was spacious and had soft white towels. We ate a delicious meal in the evening and slept well afterwards on the large, comfy bed. The staff were welcoming, kind and informative. Thank you for a super stay."

"We had roooms in the converted stables and they were great. The accessible room was perfect for someone with poor mobility. The food was good, but the service in the restaurant was extremely slow, waiting almost an hour after ordering for cereal and croissants for breakfast. "The is a lovely little in, ideal for a short stop-over. The staff in the pub were extremely welcoming, it has a great atmosphere, and the food was outstanding. The only down side is, the room I stayed in is next to a commercial site which has bright spotlights, this means that even with the curtains closed the room wasn't overly dark. Also the bed wasn't that comfortable, so I didn't sleep very well. Overall a pleasant stay, and possibly somewhere I would consider for a future stay."

"The apartment had everything we were looking for and the hosts provided milk, butter, cereal and cookies to get you started. The floors creak, which could be an issue if you’re a light sleeper, but they didn’t bother us. We had issues being unfamiliar with how things in the apartment functioned, but the hosts responded to any questions immediately! The grocery store is a 5 min walk, and the city center is a 10-15 min walk. We walked to/from the train station, with luggage, with no problem....
