"Our stay at Apassionata was amazing. Fabian is incredibly attentive and kind and made us feel very welcome. He was always unavailable for questions and concerns and was quick to resolve any problems. Initially we had some issues with the heating in our room and when it couldn't be fixed, we were quickly moved to a much better room. The small size of the hotel allowed so that we got to know the other guests that were staying there. Overall our stay at Apassionata was fabulous. "

"O Juan foi super solícito e atencioso. Deixa fazer check out sem horário pré definido, o que é muito bom. O local é perto das duas principais avenidas da cidade e é bem seguro deixar os pertences no quarto. Os únicos pontos negativos são: ter que pagar a mais para usar o ar condicionado, limpeza que deixou a desejar e interior dos quartos e banheiro, com pintura descascada/mofada e afins, além do banheiro ser muito pequeno e sem janela."

"The is no staff on property but the manager Yasmin is quite responsive on WhatsApp. Room is dark, yet the walls do not go to the ceiling so you can hear and see the lights from other rooms. A lot of furniture broken. Mattress spring was sticking into my back."

"Imagen desvirtuada, figura piso de madera , y en realidad es una alfombra de muy poco valor, e higiene deplorable , informe que accedería a las 1730hs al lugar , en ese momento estaban ordenando y limpiando “ observamos que un ventanal de vidrio estaba sostenido con un maceton desde el lado exterior . Inmediatamente Me retiré del lugar y reclame a Expedía."

"Karina and husband were wonderful and friendly. I was Tired and Hungry and she quickly prepared a great snack for us AND lined us up with Sandra at Mysa’s House where we stayed instead of Karina’s. "La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos y los anfitriones son muy amables. Lo que sucedio y no nos gusto fue que en las descripciones decia que tenia pileta y cuando llegamos estaba toda sucia, no se podia usar. Una de las toallas tenia un augujero grande y no tenian ni shampoo, ni jabon. "
