"My experience in this hotel was really bad. My reservation details is attached but they told me there is no availability and took me to an underground room which was very dirty. Furthermore, there is no TV, Internet, air conditioner...etc I did not accept the room but they tried to force me to take it. "The hotel is really cool. Breakfast was various, the room is wide and perfectly clean and the staffs are welcoming. The only thing I didn't like was Summit Bar, I had an inconvenient with one of the staff who treated us impolitely and got us to leave. Otherwise I recommend the hotel."
