"Cleaning staff did not come to clean the room or change towels the last two days,had to ask the front desk.front desk worker at check in did not properly explain the 30.00 incidental charge,she made it sound as if it’s per day and not per the duration of the stay. Just for clarification it’s a one time $30 incidental charge that is refunded after your stay."

The complimentary breakfast was fairly good and the always available coffee was excellent. We walked to old historic Bethlehem as well from the hotel and it wasn't too long a walk, but right near the hotel there are also some good eating options and bars and breweries. "

I for house keeping and thry said my floor, which wascthe 4th floor, was cleaned every Thursday. This was after my first week stay, sunday to next weekend Saturday.
