"I have stayed at the Beverly Terrance 3x...i chose to stay at this small boutique hotel for the safe walkable neighborhood area, local restaurants and two food store down the street. The hotel is clean, staff is wonderful, the Italian restaurant next to the hoel is amazing, the lovely inside court yard is conformable. My only grip is to either up grade the hall carpet or put another flooring in like tile hardwood . "

"loved staying at this historic hotel! it was so cute inside, the front desk staff was awesome and helped deal with our lost luggage when we had to go to a lakers game. the hotel is right off of rodeo and beverly drive, and when we woke up early because of jet lagged the front desk girl recommend us places to go that were open as early as we were. highly recommend! "I have always wanted to stay at this iconic hotel. It's location is perfect walking distance to Beverly Hills and Century City. The rooms are very comfortable. And the service, particularly after I checked in, was fantastic. I got a text asking if everything was to my liking and the one thing I wanted - a hot water kettle - I had within 10 minutes! "Not much more than a glorified old motel but in Beverly Hills this is what you get. The rooms have been renovated with nice facilities but I was on the 4th floor and there was a funky smell in the rooms and corridors. Great neighborhood though and convenient for meetings in Bev Hills and Century City."
