"A lovely hotel in the centre of Heilbronn. Nice, clean room. All the amenities I needed, possibly another bottle or water and coffee machine would have made it even better. Spa area was superb. I'd have eaten in the restaurant if it hadn't shut early (8 pm). Very good. Would stay again."

"This hotel was booked as a stopover on our route back to UK. The hotel was in excellent condition, very clean, modern, with good facilities in the bedroom and in the hotel itself. We used the gym and bar. We had 2 rooms booked for our family of 4 and enjoyed the space each room provided. The staff on reception and in the bar were very friendly and the housekeeping staff were courteous and smiling. A great stopover"

"The overall experience was remarkable. Late checkin experience could have been better and needs some attention. The code for obtaining the key from the key box could have been shared upfront.
