"Was a very straightforward, smooth check-in & the single room was spacious, superbly furnished & maintained. Great location within walking distance to everything you might be looking for. James and Marie are very kind and the inclusive breakfast was more than welcome after days on the road. Would recommend this accomodation to anybody visiting Plymouth. "

"Stayed for one night for a wedding - staff were kind and helpful and stored our bags for us. Room was clean and well furnished, the fluffy bath robes were a nice touch. Comfy beds and a good breakfast. Good parking and convenient for us for the wedding location. Nearby to lots of attractions in the area."

"Loved our small water view out the bedroom window. Property was clean and well maintained. It was very quiet during our stay— I’m not sure how many others were also staying when we were there, but if there were people around we didn’t know! Loved the city of Plymouth, we were a short walk from some of the main hubs of town, and felt the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. You do have to pay for parking permits when you arrive, but thankfully always found parking right across the street from...

"Jo and Martin run a very efficient and friendly business. The B&B is in a great location and the availability of off street parking is a bonus. Lots of choices for breakfast and Jo provided tourist advice which was very useful."

" Overall this nice little BnB is very good. The hostess is very friendly and helpful with local sights etc. Unfortunately our stay was spoilt by a very uncomfortable mattress.There was a slant to the room which caused feet higher than head. Had to move around bedding and place cushions under mattress, but still could not sleep. The curtains were too thin, so at 530am the room was very bright. We booked for 3 nights, but left after 2 due to lack of sleep."

"Lovely place, perfect for us. Clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay again. Was worried about parking but no need as about 5-6 big parking places round the back. 2 mins to shops in Mutley and about 10-15 min walk in to Plymouth. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with every amenity I needed for a relaxing stay. "All the staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room had plenty of room for my mobility scooter, without it impeding me moving around. The staff in the breakfast area were very helpful. The central location of the hotel was excellent, especially as I was meeting up with my sister every day. "

"Reception staff were very helpful and polite. We were able to check in early. They recommended that we join the IHG group for some money off of our bill in the restaurant later that night. Room was very clean and had everything you needed. Restaurant was lovely, great view and amazing staff. Great breakfast in the morning, full English and continental options. "
