Room could be heated to your own personal preferences . Access to a lovely pool. Perfect place to stay if you are attending a function at the ICC as it has a private access bridge to the centre accessible via your keycard. "We were very disappointed that The Hilton Metropole had no reservation for us despite us having an email confirmation from Hotels.com showing our room had been paid for a year ago. Several staff looked at their monitors but could not find the reservation we then had to move around the corner to speak to someone else which was quite embarrassing. They did assure us that they would be able to find us a room but it was a bit uncomfortable."

"Fabulous breakfast worth every penny. Only downside is too much furniture in the bed room. It was covering the electrical outlets so had to keep moving an enormous chair to get to them. Also don’t park under the trees by the entrance, we did and was welcomed back to a car covered in pigeon poo. Never seen anything like it. You have been warned, don’t do it 😂"

"Convenient and comfortable, this Mercure was a good stop over for my trip to the nearby Hawthorns. It is not in the first flush of vitality and it is probably time for some rejuvenating paint and attention to detail but it certainly met my needs and I will gladly stay again if I return to West Bromwich. The car park is a great size, the breakfast over priced and the staff very friendly and helpful. "
