I read the notice in the elevator “apologizing” for its location and was shocked that the management had to post the notice at all. "I liked the Comfort inn in bishop and would stay here again. I liked that the curtains for the window went all the way to the floor blocking the light from outside. Light still came in from the door but not as much. I liked that thee was no carpet but title wood look floor. the pool was not heated and looked dirty. We didn't have time to swim. The room was quiet except at 12:45 my son said there was a noisy, drunk sounding group outside.At 5 a.m. someone's car alarm went off and again at 5:30....

"Smoke alarm sounded loudly and continuously for five minutes while I was taking a hot shower. Also, I recommend adding coffemakers to rooms. (Coffee in lobby was very good.) Swimming pool unusable, water appears very green, overall not available to guests for swimming. **Mack McCord 760 258 7386"

"For a road side motel it was clean, cute, and quiet. Some amenities were lacking (washers were not working properly and we didn’t have towels in the room) but otherwise I was pleasantly surprised by the room. "
