"Staff refused to add my IHG awards number to the reservation, they claimed that they've never done it and it wasn't available in the reservation. The area is under reconstruccion, so the hotel is very difficult to access, the parking is a real nightmare to find"

"Hotel well positioned for the station. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent, a pity they don't do evening meals but the lady on reception said this might be in the pipeline which would be nice as the bar and restaurant very pleasant. Good value one night stay."
