"We have stayed at these apartments many times over the years and have noticed that it seems to have changed hands, which made me more confident to book, as the previous owners charged my debit card twice and it took ages to get a refund! Anyway, back to the present - the apartment is in an ideal location for us and is great because it’s self contained. One (or two) drawbacks this time - no tea and coffee and we could not, no matter what work the smart TV, which was obviously smarter than us!!...

Lovely hotel with superb customer service

"My stay at Holiday Inn Blackpool was amazing I was so impressed with the welcome I received from Ricky on reception. I had just completed an 8 hour journey to see my mum in hospital and he went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The room I was given was so lovely that I wished I could have stayed much longer. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was perfect and all the staff were helful and friendly. I recommend this hotel and will definately book to stay again. Thank you"

"This is our 2nd stay and the hotel and staff were just as brilliant as the first, can’t wait for next time, everyone is so nice and helpful and the hotel itself is beautiful my daughter loves watching the coasters out the window, would highly recommend to anyone, nothing like your usual Blackpool hotel this is a really special little find "

"We booked this hotel as a stop off. It is clean & comfortable. The rooms are big and of high spec. There's tea, coffee & biscuits plus toiletries in the bathroom. The bathrooms also have a bath. The hotel is a short walk to the seafront. We had Refreshments which were good at The Corner Flag restaurant which is situated on the second floor. "
