"Fantastic apartment. I stayed here with my 15 year old son and we had a lovely time. The cake they made (upon request) was honestly the nicest cake I have ever tasted! The room was cleaned every day & fresh towels provided. I. Couldn’t fault a thing about the apartment. It was a little walk to Main Market Square, but this was a pleasant walk as there was a few things to see along the way."

"Beautiful in every way we absolutely loved staying here. The apartment was very clean, decor was very fitting to the area and history of the city. Location is minutes from the square and 5 mins from the train station where we got the train from the airport. Staff very friendly and the restaurant below in the cellar looks amazing. We didn’t have chance to go. Would highly recommend! "

"The apartment was very nice - had everything we needed. Comfy beds. The weather was very warm while we were there and just be aware that the pigeons like to tap dance on the metal roof below the apartment which can be heard if the windows are open! "

"Large room, well appointed. Very clean and appears newly decorated. Good position for museums, Old Town etc. Many interesting looking bars and restaurants within walking distance. Situated on a large square which was very lively at night but in a good way. Little noise heard. Good value."

"Hotel was ok, it was the sister hotel to the spratz aparthotel, which when we went to was lovely. It was in a good area of the Jewish quarter near the square with moomoo and Ariel on. The cafe downstairs was lovely food was delicious especially the cakes!! Room was ok, we wasn’t in it really other than to sleep, but it was clean and had everything you needed. The only bad thing about it was the pillows in the bed, they were not good. Other than that it was fine. Cash machine/exchange literally...

"We had booked the Salve station, paid for & confirmed but a few hours before we checked in later that evening was called and emailed by Expedia that the place was overbooked and the property owners/mgmt company had another property threy could place us in. They sent a link to thier property with pics of the rooms. It looked fine and comparable so we accepted the change. When we arrived the room was nothing like the pics they sent and we had multiple issues with the room. - no ac or non...

"The apartment was nice, spacious, and clean. The only negative was no elevator but it’s only three floors so it was no to bad, also there was no window to open in apartment, the only windows my room had where sun widows bit the where locked I suppose so no one would go on roof other something, I would like to have opened for fresh air. not sure about the other rooms. other than that the place was great would book again."

"just got back from a stay in Krakow today and all I can say is I wished we had discovered these apartments years ago. from the staff who were just marvellous to the ideal location of the apartments and the fact that they were spotlessly clean. we travel to Krakow at least twice a year and have found most of the accommodation to be average at best ranging down to very poor. for the price I will defy anybody to find anywhere as good"
