"This rental is a DUMP. The exterior is littered with garbage, old lawn furniture, broken playground equipment, discarded building materials and dead mice. The inside is camped, dark and dirty (our white socks were filthy two seconds after walking around the house). The village of Saxeten, however, is lovely. It is remote, peaceful and surrounded by gorgeous mountains. Many of the homes here are very tidy and well-kept, so this rental seems to be a blight to the community"

"Great loaction, right at Interlaken west station. Plenty of food options nearby and a short walk into the main area, we always felt safe. Hotel was very modern and clean (a bit of dust but I think just because it's a new hotel/build). Breakfast had decent options but the eggs were overcooked each day. Only issue was the room has no fridge and there is no gym/spa. "

"We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The team, facilities and service were excellent. The hotel had put a lot of thought into its guests experience and cater for any type of trip. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family and would visit again. "
