"Hotel location is walkable to night market. Room cleanliness still need to improve, there were some small stain on the bed, towel had some hairs from other people. Room is small due to a queen bed a single bed, causing not much path between dining table. Good to have a separation between bed and dining table. Toilet is big, can fit all the luggage in it."

"I stayed in executive tower. The service and reception was outstanding. The room was beautiful and was 120V ready so I don’t need a converter. The restaurants and bars at the hotel were phenomenal. Since I was in the heart of Seoul and Lotte shopping mall, everything was so convenient. The subway was on the corner of the street or you can have direct access through the hotel! Shopping and dining galore!! "
