It was my friend’s 50th birthday and the hotel were very kind and had two mini bottles of Prosecco, chocolates, balloons and towel swans waiting for us on the bed which was such a lovely welcome - thank you so much! "Great first time experience at the Waldorf having stayed at several different properties over the years in the area. Sorin was a great help, efficient and supportive as we checked in"

"The rooms are great, small but there is a huge plasma screen tv. My maid never cleaned my room properly or replenish refreshments on my final day. Thirty minutes walk to St Paul’s cathedral. A few restaurants near by. Breakfast was very good but limited healthy options such as fruit. Fairly noisy a night. I probably won’t book this hotel again 😔"
