"No complaints about the property. Everything was nice, staff members very friendly and accommodating. BUT property address did not show up on the navigation system on our rental car, and Google Map kept giving us wrong directions. By the time we reached the property, it was late and we were exhausted. Reception talked to the restaurant on property, and we were able to have fine dinner before their kitchen closed. Unless you enjoy long walks, driving to Terme di Saturnia (hot springs) outside the property is recommended. Parking there is free before 8AM. Wearing tight water shoes is recommended as it was hard for us to walk in hot springs with our flip flops."

"This hotel is incredibly special. The views from the rooms, pool, and bistrot are some of the most beautiful I've ever seen. The photos don't do it justice - it was breathtaking. The rooms are basic, but very clean and the bed comfy. The staff were absolutely wonderful - so helpful and truly committed to making sure you enjoyed your stay. I can't wait to go back! "
