"Beautiful, huge property. 4 restaurants, food ok and expensive .2 great pools and right on the beach. As a note...... it's very, very hot so the ocean is really warm. We ended up sitting by the pool. "

The facilities offered by the hotel are excellent especially for families with children. Special mention to receptionist Dzarif for making our stay more memorable with the seaview room. "The staff are very helpful, especially the concierge who was outstanding. He helped us find a taxi to get to Lambir NP when our tour was cancelled. The rooms are more 3 star. They are huge and a bit soulless. Towels in the room turn up randomly! Breakfast buffet has a great selection of food. "

"The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean except for poor water pressure and not having hot water in the shower marred our stay esp after a long day out looking forward to a nice warm shower instead, we have a trickling shower and cold water. Requested maintenance to rectified it the next day - it was not fixed when we came back and a helpful technician came and managed to fixed the water pressure and the temperature of the water."
