I stayed at this hotel last week and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the location was convenient and the hotel itself was fairly average, the front desk service was underwhelming. The staff were neither accommodating nor friendly (not the parking staff), and I felt that I was not treated with the care and respect a guest should expect. To make matters worse, I was charged unexpected extra fees that were not clearly disclosed upfront, adding unnecessary frustration to my stay. Overall, this poor experience put a damper on my trip, and I would not recommend this hotel. I will not be returning.

I checked in way early as they had a room available when I arrived. I was only hoping to leave my bags for a bit and come back, but thankfully Eric at he desk was able to facilitate this. I also received tokens for chowder at the hotel restaurant. Yummy! Room service breakfast was quick and delish. The hotel is located near shopping and the T for easy transportation. The room was lovely and spacious with a comfy bed, an assortment of pillows ranging from soft to firm, coffee maker and fridge. The room was quiet and I felt safe. Cant't wait to visit again.

Property was magnificent! Beautiful and clean. Only gripe was when booking the room I asked for and paid extra for a “city view”. The view our room had was a roof and an office building. I would not fall for those type of requests.
