Breakfast was terrible, all the stuff that's supposed to be hot was cold. They wanted $25 to check in a few hours early, I find that insulting to the extreme. I could have saved time and gone straight to my event, instead of dropping my bags and going I brought them with me. I refuse to support that sort of pathetic greed.

Room smelled really bad. Old and outdated. The room was dirty. Dirty cups behind the side table. Cob webs on the walls. Carpet very old. Air conditioning did not work well. Toilet kept running. At check in I was charged for the room that I already paid for and I told him that but he didn’t understand so I had to get the manager involved. It was corrected. Would not recommend. Had reservations for 2 nights but we left after the first night.

Property is dated and didnt feel clean. Went without water for an entire day and had to leave a day early. Was told that they werent responsible for any credit or refund as we booked through expedia; even though i paid onsite. Very disappointed and would not recommend. 3 other hotels within walking distance. Choose them!

The property is wore out and dated. The bathroom was dirty! The minute you open the door you got a smell of musky old odor, rooms dark and drab. The mattress is soo hard that if you are a side sleeper your hip bone will be bruised in the morning...that is if you ever fall asleep! We were put in a room next to the vending and ice machine and behind stairs! Even though we made reservations 30 days before and requested 2 queen beds we were stuck with a king and lousy location. The Hot breakfast they advertise is nothing but frozen waffles that you throw in a toaster and the coffee thick as molasses! We had plans to see the area the next day and when we got back at 3 30 the room still hadn't been cleaned. They finally knocked at the door around 4 00 and we just excepted clean towels off the cart. Obviously they do this so they don't have to make the bed and give you clean sheets every day. There's nicer hotels in the same area but it was too late for us to change. I've learned now to research the star ratings because this one was way off!
