We booked a handicap accessible room. The only thing handicap accessible about it was that we could get the wheelchair into the room. There was no way to get the wheelchair into the bathroom. It was too small. The toilet was standard size, if that —very short and difficult for my daughter who recently had a stroke and has lived with cerebral palsy since birth. There were no grab bars. There was one small grab bar near the shower/tub, which was, of course, a normal step-in tub. When I asked about switching to a handicap accessible room I was told that their only handicap accessible rooms were single queen bed rooms AND that they couldn’t change my reservation because it was pre-paid non-refundable. We enjoyed our stay in Branson, but a room that fit the description of the one we booked would’ve added immensely to our stay.

It was a nice stay, clean rooms. The elevator definitely needs cleaned and cosmetically upgraded. Beds were clean and comfy. Older building for sure, but great location good staff.

The rooms were not clean, we were put in a room across the hall from the ice machine and it was so loud. It woke us up several times in the night. Also, the vending machines were out of water and it is only restocked on Sundays. The food for breakfast was terrible. The orange juice was yellow colored water. I would not recommend this place.
