"Checking in on Friday night took 25 minutes at 730pm , not enough staff on the desk. And a huge crew from QATAR just arrived. Half of the prep for check in could have been done before we got there. We did appreciate the upgraded room, the reason for it I'm unsure. Also the toiletries in the bathroom, those pump packs are sooo hard to squeeze to get the fluid out, don't know how the elderly cope!! overall, very good value for the money for the 2 of us, thankyou"

"Hotel Diana is always a very convenient place to stay if there is a gig on at the Princess Theatre. Free vaildated parking. Super comfortable beds and clean rooms. There's a buffet if you choose to pay and afew local shops 1min walk away for other food options. "
