"The staff were very nice and helpful, however our stay was quite disappointing. The wifi didn’t work at all when we got there and even after getting fixed we kept losing connection a few times. Bathroom light was out. Air conditioning was completely broken and took few days to install a new one. We got a spot cooler as a temporary replacement but that was connected to the balcony so our window partially needed to be open which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, especially at night. "We loved staying at these apartments, super easy with the transport station right across the road for both buses and the tram. Only $1.50 for unlimited travel per day on both! Short stroll to all the delicious restaurants at Broadbeach, and Pacific Fair across the road. The 2 brm apartment we stayed in was HUGE and had amazing views of the ocean. The kids loved both the outdoor and indoor pool when it was a bit colder. Would definately stay here again."
