"This property is in an excellent location within walking distance to shops, beach and solar train. It is quiet and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the superior room which had two separate bedrooms with en suites and a kitchen and balcony with a table. "

"I was very happy staying here. I had a rental car so being out of the center of town was actually more convenient for parking etc and it was a 5 min drive into town for restaurants and such. The property is thoughtfully appointed, comfortable and reasonably priced. I definitely would stay here again. "

"Excellent place. Great accomodating hosts. Away from chaos of central Byron but still only 5mins walk to town centre for bars and restaurants. Beach is rich across the road. Rooms in the house are all private but communal areas are really nice open and airy and pool is great. Highly recommend "

"Great little guest house, clean and very quiet location, yet an easy 10 min walk into town. Would have been better if pool was cleaned at least twice a week, they clean it on Monday, so by Saturday it was a little murky, but fine enough. And also provide additional garbage bags as you had to take out your own rubbish. "

"Cute property with loads of charm in very central area. The staff is not onsite so codes are sent to guests. Was not able to reach staff with some questions but it was fine as it wasnt a drama. Just make sure all your questions are answered before you check in as its a self-serve property."

"This property is nestled in a beautiful location surrounded by nature and only 8 minute drive to main beach in Byron, it was the perfect escape from the busy centre. The villa was exceptional and the staff were very welcoming. Thankyou! "

"Quiet location. Upgraded to larger room and very well worth it. Had a week long stay for a honeymoon and cannot fault any of the service or property at all. Very friendly on arrival and all throughout. Picturesque grounds. Stately, spacious and comfortable general living areas. Easy 15 minute drive to Byron. Already planning our next trip."
