Accomodating staff hampered by poor planning.
Unfortunately the hotel was still under refurbishment during our stay. On the 3rd floor half of the rooms were being renovated and half the corridor was covered with plastic sheeting with bits and pieces littered around.
My main complaint revolves around the breakfast with the space being shared with the adjacent Ibis Hotel. Sadly, the space battled with the peak times and despite the valiant efforts of the staff, the layout is awkward and efficient table clearing was not possible leading to overflow out of the breakfast area.
I found the staff very accomodating and extremely helpful. They are hampered in their performance by circumstances beyond their control. The room was fine but even after renovation is completed I'm not sure that i would consider a revisit.
