"You can tell its an older builder. It could use some maintenance but overall acceptable. Of the two rooms I went into, 1 had floor tiles that were loose and the other had mold in the caulk around the shower. The rooms were clean and bug free. We felt safe in the area and were convient to the islands. "

"This is a fine place to stay. The room itself was clean, the bed confortable, the front desk staff courteous. Minor issues were: (1) Overflowing garbage can that was never emptied in the outside area outside the office. (2) Door to room was oddly old with rough metal at bottom that stuck hard when opening. Very much at odds with the nice clean room after entry. I would stay here again, but they should attend to a few details."

"Staff were very friendly and very helpful especially Bradley at the front desk on the night we arrived. He went beyond to welcome us, check us in quickly and assign us a pet friendly room. Location is great, very close to the I-95. The facilities were generally clean, but our room needed a bit more attention to detail, in particular the bathroom floor tiles. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay, but not exceptional. Overall, good value for the money."
