When we went to check in, the clerk was drunk. He couldn’t even walk, tripping into things. He couldn’t figure out the computer to check us in. Took forever. Then he couldn’t tell us where our room was located. He failed to give us a key to the room. Once we arrived to our room, we discovered there was no deadbolt lock on the door. The door to the bathroom would not close properly. The shower diverted value was lose. When we went to the only restaurant on site, we were told it closed at 10p. It was 9:15p when we walked in. The manager told us we could only do take out because they were closing early because they were slow. When we told her that we were told they closed at 10, then she told us we could stay and eat. The food was cold. When we went to check out, the office was open but nobody was in the office. We rang the ringer several times yet nobody came. We needed to check out because we had early reservations on a activity. If this is the type of place Expedia recommends to traveling visitors, I will not use or recommend to my family & friends. I travel a lot and have always found Expedia to use repetitivable places.

This property was the perfect distance from Bryce Canyon, without having to pay the high price of staying in the park. It was also cost effective too. If you are not looking for anything fancy, just a place to rest your head at night, I wound recommend this facility. Everything was clean and tidy!

There was a dried jelly glob on the comforter, which means it definitely hadn’t been washed. The check in area smelled musty and/or like cat pee. The breakfast had very limited offerings. There was no elevator for 2nd floor, so we had to lug everything up. However, it was about 4 minutes from Bryce Canyon National Park and was fairly cheap, so I’d maybe stay there again if we ever go back.

The staff were friendly, but "resort" is a misnomer; "hotel" or "motel" would have been more accurate. The room wasn't obviously dirty but there were obvious signs of wear-n-tear. The property needs a facelift. There were only two accessible outlets in the room and they were GFC outlets in the bathroom. The mini fridge froze everything that wasn't on the top shelf. The breakfast was easy for a egg-free, dairy-free diet (no fruit, no bagels, etc). Access to Bryce Canyon was convenient and easy. Pool, laundry, and ice were accessible.

First off, not a RESORT. was a decent distance from the Bryce gates. Doesn’t look very appeasing to the eye. Not horrible when you get inside, clean, but probably not a repeat customer

Convenient location. Amenities are a little dated, and the bathrooms are a bit older with ok water pressure, but it served our purposes! Restaurant on propert was good, but a little pricey. Used the laundry services on site and they were quick and efficient. Overall, it was clean, easy check-in and private.

This is a cozy quaint place Super cute for sure. Staff Was very nice. What we did not like so Much were the beds - they were not comfortable (too old) The property is in some need of repair - nothing too major but noticeable. I was also made aware that I needed to pay an additional 14.99 per room after I confirmed my reservation. That news ought to come before selecting the place. 15.00 isn’t a big deal - it’s the principle. The breakfast was not great and understaffed but super cute

Upon arrival front desk clerk was chewing tobacco through the entire check in process. Had to give a $14.00 usage fee, which I have never had to do when booking through Expedia. Outside of property looked run down but we thought maybe the room would still be nice. WRONG!! We walked in and walked right back out! Everything about the room and bathroom was disgusting! It smelled horrible! Brown stains on the pillowcases, yellow stains on the shower curtain. Beds looked like they would collapse if you sat on them. Booked on the road with limited cell service so I didn’t read the reviews just went off of the Expedia rating which is absolutely false. We stayed elsewhere and I am trying to get a refund from Expedia. Considering we spent part of our trip rough camping we are not overly fussy people, but this place just screamed that you’re taking some bedbugs home with you!

This property is underwhelming. Lots of things didn’t work. Power outlets so worn out they would not hold a plug (I use a breathing device at night)! Shower did turn on easily! The restaurant on the property served the absolute worst food we had during our two weeks on vacation. Lobby smelled disgusting. Would never stay here again.

I was charged an additional $15 resort fee on top of what I paid on Expedia. Staff was nice. Rooms were quiet but but dark (had to have curtains open). Bed spreads and showers were dated but did like the photo-murals on the room walls. Nice to have breakfast but coffee was watery (FYI for staff preparing).

A dirty stained sheet, lumpy pillows. This place is old and dated. It needs a major upgrade! Calling this place a resort is a fabricated lie! Did not bother with the “free” breakfast based on bad reviews. Wish I had read more recent reviews and spent my money elsewhere!
