Hard to sleep becauae it was a lot of noise from the reception, you can heard all conversations from first floor. Beside that everything was ok until they provide me a voucher for the breakfast that never happened, I travel for years and never in my life received a vaucher of a restaurant 2 blocks away from any hotel. The indications for me was a lie, I never found the supposed restaurant, I walk like 30 minuts around without map, juat a number that doesn't exist. When I came back to the hotel the person in the reception never regret or apology... he just said... "ah ok!" Be aware! If you pay for breakfast in this hotel. I leaved the hotel with a sensation that they playing with me with the breakfast thing.

Opinião sinceras sobre o hotel.
O hotel é muito bem localizado, fica próximo a todos os pontos turísticos, rua calma e vários comércios por perto. O hotel nao tem serviço de quarto, no quarto não tem frigobar, o quarto destinado ao casal é bem pequeno, é simples e básico. O hotel não possui nenhuma área comum, é somente o quarto e uma pequena recepção. O atendimento é muito bom, sempre solicitos, auxiliam nas informações sobre a cidade. O café da manhã não é no hotel, é muito básico, típico deles, não esperem um café da manhã reforçado.

Um ótimo quebra galho
O hotel é antigo, porém, é super limpo e arrumado, outra coisa legal o hotel já tem tomadas adaptadas, não levamos adaptadores e deu super certo. Pontos negativos: Elevador pequeno para quem esta com muitas malas. Banheiro principalmente para mulheres não é nada prático. O quarto é grande, mas não tem geladeira. Como ele é bem central, e fica próximo da maior parte dos pontos turísticos ajuda bastante principalmente quem gosta de caminhar!

PÉSSIMO. MUITO RUIM
Unica coisa boa foi o atendimento na recepção. Banheiro com ralo entupido, jorrando água para fora do box (que nem cirtina tem). Não troca-se toalhas. Limpeza não tem. Sujo e cheiro de mofo. Café da manhã é numa padaria tercerizada, porém lá não tem higiene em nada. Vasilhas sujas e quebradas.

Direkt in der Altstadt. Viele Busse und die Metro nur wenige Meter entfernt. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Duschen in der kleinen Wanne ist etwas kompliziert. Und man kann das "Bitte nicht stören" vom Zimmer aus nicht anbringen. Geht nur von aussen. Frühstück ist zwei Blocks entfernt, aber gut. Sonntags gibt es sogar Büffet.

Excelente localização
Otima localização, na área central de Buenos Aires. proximo a Rua Florida, Galerias Pacifico, Porto Madero, Obelisco... dá para fazer tudo a pé, e com segurança. O quarto tem bom tamanho, é antigo e pouco iluminado, poderia ser melhorado, mas a cama é confortável. O maior problema está no banheiro, que é muito pequeno e fica todo molhado, pois não há vedação da área do box de banho.

Me robaron la habitación, me dejaron sin cuarto
Muy mal este hotel, les recomiendo que Nunca lo reserven, me robaron mi estancia, el chico de la recepción supuestamente nunca encontró mi reservación en el sistema, algo que NUNCA me había pasado con ninguna reservación, pero lo único que hizo fue sugerirme que le pagara ahí la habitación en efectivo cuando ya la había pagado mediante la tarjeta y mandarme a buscar otro hotel porque supuestamente nunca apareció mi reservación, me tuvo ahí engañándome como una hora, le dije que esto no era posible que sucediera porque nunca me había pasado en la aplicación de hoteles, siempre máximo en media hora ya tiene mi reservación lista, le sugerí al chico de la recepción que hablara a hoteles para confirmar mi reservación y su respuesta estupida fue que en internet no encontró el número y que casi no recibía huéspedes de esta aplicación, nunca me quiso dar la habitación cuando primero había dicho cuando llegamos que había 2 habitaciones disponibles, prácticamente fue un Robo al que seguro ya están acostumbrados, tuve que irme a buscar otro hotel, porque era tiempo de mucha demanda de hoteles así que anduve preguntando en varios hoteles hasta que por fin encontré uno sin reservación, casi me dejan sin hotel por culpa de este Robo, además venia cansada del viaje necesitaba descansar bañarme y dormir y venia con mi mamá, pero al recepcionista no le importó en lo más mínimo así que exijo la devolución de mi dinero y también que penalicen a este hotel por esta clase de robos que hacen.
