"This is the first negative review I have ever done. The first room I was in had a broken fridge, a broken air conditioner and was not clean. I asked to be moved. The second room had a broken toilet and broken tv. I asked for them to be fixed and was told that this was a bad hotel, I should expect things like this. I fixed the toilet myself. The room was dirty and unmaintained. The shower curtain and bathroom walls had mould everywhere, and the sleeping area had filthy walls, mould and humidity...

"Stayed with my family for 4 nights - great service where the team will try their best to accommodate you. We had an issue with our room and reception moved us to another one the same night. We appreciated the small details they provided - refillable water in the lobby, plenty of toiletries/sewing kit/towels in the room etc. Doormen were quite helpful carrying your luggage up the entrance stairs and organising local taxis when they park to pick you up.
