"Raffles Dubai was an amazing experience!!! We arrived at 6am due to an early flight and they offered to check us in early and even upgraded our room to a gorgeous suite! The buffet breakfast and afternoon tea were exceptional as part of Raffles Club lounge access, with included cocktails. All the staff were extremely hospitable. "Everything was beautiful. We did not use the daily cleaning service and kept the do not disturb sign up. However, we frequently did not get our requests for towels and wash clothes honored until the next day after repeatedly going to the reception desk to follow up."

"It’s a great experience. Everything is near and convenient to drive. The staff is nice and if you call and you need something they will provide it. Only the problem is in the wash room the sink. The water is not going down properly since we came in the hotel and we call and discuss it but no one to came to fix it. But overall everything is great. "
