"Couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate my birthday. The beds were incredible after a long day of walking uphill and climbing flights of stairs. The staff was excellent and decorated my room for my arrival. The location was great and we frequented Blank NYC coffee as it was next door to the hotel. Be prepared for some noise as the hotel is next to a bar full of university students. The noise can carry well into the hours of 3-4am. "

"The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to so many attractions. Our room was great too. Nice and quiet and our son loved the size of the sofa bed. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as there were so many options within walking distance. Got a taxi from airport to the hotel and back - we pre-booked ours but there were plenty available so I don't think that was necessary. Would definitely stay here again."

"This was a lovely hotel in a great area! ALL of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to the castle very easily and we were able to have a wonderful dinner on site after a long day of exploring. "

"You will not be disappointed! First class service and friendly professional staff. Good central location. If you can book the Club Floor you’ll have a full complimentary breakfast each morning and a 4:00 to 7:00 happy hour with comp drinks and snacks. Well worth the extra for the Club floor. "
