Trashy dirty messy, garbage in hallways, messed up my reservation, keys and doors didnt work, pull out bed had no sheets or blanket. But Staff was friendly and appologetic.

we arrived about 15 min past check-in time and were told it wasn't ready. they said they had to do some laundry and it would be ready in 1-2 hours. we had been in town waiting for a few hours for check-in. so we decided that we would get another hotel as we were tired from our trip and didn't want to wait. they would not refund our nights stay so we ended up paying for another hotel and this one. Major disappointment!!! if you have a check-in time, it should be ready at that time. we should have gotten a refund due to not being able to check-in. if we would have waited, we wouldn't have been able to check-in until around 5 pm.

Room seemed clean, but beds were too firm, hard in fact. Woke with back ache. Hallways were very dirty giving guests a sense of general neglect and questioning whether rooms were really well-tended. Breakfast options were alright.

No smoke detectors in rooms and mouse poop in the bathrooms. Key cards kept needing reset for rooms and an endless line up of people complaining about their rooms. The room was nice just unsafe with lack of smoke detectors and key cards not working. Sink was cracked and the bed frame was bent so the bed was leaning The staff were friendly and over worked with complaints.

Very bad guest service and they checked me in to a room with no towels at all then when I tried to call the desk more than 3 times and the phone was ringing with no answer … so I got dressed and went down to the desk asking for towels but I was told they will deliver them to my room promptly… then waited almost an hour before I went back to the desk asking for the towels then the answer I got from the desk agent “ sorry I was busy and was planing to deliver the towels now” so I asked him to bring the towels to me and I will take them back to the room …☹️

The property was really out dated the hall carpet needed vacuuming some of the doors to the rooms had cracks on top like the framing was off. Our room didn’t look like it was swept plus our bathroom toilet base not clean. Beds weren’t comfortable.
