"Absolutely awful! Dirty, noisy, TV not working, staff not helpful with ordering a taxi to ferry terminal. Even Calais tourist office said not to stay in this accomodation. Overall the worst wannabe hotel I've ever stayed in."

"The hotel is in need of a refurb, but it is clean, comfortable, staff are friendly, very reasonably priced, centrally located overlooking the square which can get noisy when the casino closes. We always stay here when visiting Calais "

"Lovely hotel with brilliant staff. We arrived late in the evening and when we went out for dinner, felt safe walking in the area. Staff were incredibly helpful regarding sightseeing in the area and outside Calais. Would gladly recommend to others. "
