"The stay was ok. The club access was ok. Our room door did not lock properly. I think the most disappointing thing is to spend that kind of money on a hotel room and not being able to park our vehicle at the hotel. I have never had this happen at a hotel. We heard there was a convention there and I feel the hotel rented the spots to the people that were not staying at the hotel and that is terrible to make your guests drive to a private parking facility and walk back and same after checking out....

"Very nice hotel but is located in an area which has a lot of homeless. Although we had no problems with any of them. The local fire station is next to the hotel, is very noisy all night. Having saving that the hotel was good and I would stay again, if ever in Calgary again."
