Gentleman at the desk very fast and efficient at check in. Provides lots of info and in very good spirits coming into a long weekend. After several hours in the car seeing a smiling face was greatly appreciated.

Had a great overnight stay while at the Horse Trials. Friendly staff and clean accomodations with good free breakfast. The pool was fairly small but very clean. Walking distance to several restaurants. We forgot a charger and they called us to let us know. Would stay here again.

There was no conditioner in the bottle in shower, very little shampoo, the bed was too saggy for me, someone else’s hair was in the sink on arrival, breakfast area was super hot, and coffee very strong. Staff was pleasant and food choices for breakfast were good.

At check in was asked for $25 deposit to be returned the next day. This was done at checkout instead. Was asked if housekeeping was needed and my answer was yes. Room cards did not work the following day and no housekeeping. Had to wait 15 minutes to have cards reprogrammed. Fresh towels were delivered to the room later. Not the best service I have had the past. Would not recommend.
