The stay was ok. The club access was ok. Our room door did not lock properly. I think the most disappointing thing is to spend that kind of money on a hotel room and not being able to park our vehicle at the hotel. I have never had this happen at a hotel. We heard there was a convention there and I feel the hotel rented the spots to the people that were not staying at the hotel and that is terrible to make your guests drive to a private parking facility and walk back and same after checking out. Shame on you. For this reason I will never book here again. I will stick with the Palliser.

Very good quality hotel. Looks old on the outside, but the inside and the rooms have been remodeled to be quite new. A pretty central location in Calgary with dining and shopping options nearby. Service was pretty good. They ran out of self parking during a busy weekend
