"This was a nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely rain shower. The room also had an outdoor shower that we didn't use, but was a nice touch. The pool seemed nice but we didn't go in. Breakfast was sufficient. This is a bit far from town (about 15-30 minute walk, depending on where you're going), so be aware of that. The location is quieter and more relaxed than an in-town stay."

"I was amazed by how friendly & helpful the host, Thao, was. She even came to pick us up & made us the most wonderful Cao Lao. Location wise, it is so much better than staying in the centre. It is quiet & beautiful & a very easy ride. The rooms we had were wonderful, super comfy beds & wonderful balconies. I truly cannot praise Thao & her villa enough, absolutely wonderful & the only place I will stay in Hoi An."

"The room is spacious with high ceiling and a terrace. Bed was big and very comfortable. Great hot shower with good water pressure. Location a bit off center but you can use their free bicycle to get to city center in 10 minutes. There was no housekeeping even with the tag I hanged on my door. Staffs do not speak English but they are very nice and very willing to help."
