"Sound carries easily from the hallways into the rooms, so your experience will depend somewhat on your fellow travelers. Even one night owl can wake the whole house. The breakfast is quite good, with several nice options. The neighborhood seems safe--it's mainly residential, and probably all Harvard folks. I was worried about sharing a bathroom, but it always seemed clean. Either the other guests were very tidy or the staff were cleaning frequently through the day."

"This was the most magical stay I’ve ever had. I went at Christmas time and they decorated the hotel so beautifully. Had a cute little cocoa stand and Christmas themed lounge area. Felt so cozy! They welcome pets with open arms. Staff was welcoming and kind. And the view of Boston from our room was breathtaking. They are on my list of hotels that I must return to again. Lovely experience. 1000/10 "

"I am sorry I did not take the reviews into account when booking this property. The house is falling apart, very run down. Even though the cleaner made a huge effort to clean, it is actually not clean-able.Not sure how come this is listed on hotels.com"
