"The shuttle to the airport was great. The driver was helpful and was a safe driver. The room was roomy and clean. However, the hot tub was not hot—it was lukewarm at best—and the jets did not work correctly. They splashed you in the face, which was a bit disappointing. "

"This was a nice family friendly hotel and amenities. My whole family enjoyed the pools. There were places to eat nearby, grocery store not far if you need something. I liked that there is a separate living spot to hang out if little ones have gone to bed. My one complaint is that there is not a microwave in the room, however you can request one (no cost) to be brought to your room. I wish I would have known this prior to the night before checking out. It would have been helpful if staff would...
