"This property was clean and convenient to the train station. There is a communal kitchen area with plates, cups, etc. The ice machine did not work. There is a Nespresso machine in the kitchen area, however, aside from the welcome pack that is given- there is no coffee available unless you walk down the block to get it at a coffee shop. There are eateries and shopping close by. "

"We loved our stay at Palazzo Dei Fiori. The staff is very responsive and very helpful. They are true hosts and make sure their guests are super comfortable. The amenities were amazing and we had a great sleep before our journey home. Highly recommend. Lovely design and attention to detail. "

"We loved staying here. The doors opening onto the canal were a real treat. I saw reviews complaining about the smell, but we had no issues whatsoever. You are staying on the canal - of course it will smell like water! If you follow the directions you are given to the property, you will not get lost (do not use Google maps, just use the directions you are given). We would recommend this property 100 times over. We genuinely loved it!"

"I spend one night at this hotel. It is very clean, Well organized excellent beds. Very attentive stuff, Good food at the restaurant but a little bit pricey. Next-door they have train station that takes you to Mester. My booking offered free ride to and from airport, but in order to be picked up, it has to be reserved 24 hours in advance. I am definitely considering staying there again when I travel through Venice. Hotel location is not touristy site. "

"Beautiful unique property. Exceptional 5 star service. Comfortable king size beds, gorgeous view of Venice, beautiful well appointed rooms. The rooftop pool and bar is a really fun way to see Venice at night. The breakfast was beautifully done. Highly recommend staying at this quiet, safe resort just a few minutes water taxi from busy main Venice. Also, Hilton has their own water taxi running frequently day and night to the major tourist areas and it’s complimentary, so you don’t have to navigate public transportation. There are a handful of restaurants on this island as well with a local feel where you can easily get a table right on the water. "
