My experience Staying with GPR is average, We stayed 3 nights there, our check in time was 3:00 PM, we reached there by 2:50 pm they took us to VIP lounge and waited 45 minutes and then someone came in and we have completed the check-in. Butler didn’t do a good job explaining all benefits of VIP All Inclusive services we have purchased, some lady explain us next day from MAP which help a lot to know what services are included. Poor service : on our first night we have order a room service for dinner which took 1 hour and 30 minutes, I have ordered at 8:45/8:50pm and I got my food at 10:15 pm after I called them. Even though all food was cold no taste then I sent message to my butler but no response until next morning. Even though I have never received a reason behind that delay. We slept without food. Room Service: I was told by my butler that room service is available for one-time in a day which is ridiculous we have purchased VIP services, and they have clearly mentioned while I was booking that room services are 24-hours. So if we order room service for breakfast then we can’t call for room service for lunch and dinner. I have never seen that before. If they have limited resources to provide room service then it shouldn’t be our problem because we have purchased services based on what it was written in details while we were booking. Overall my experience with Grand Park was poor.

There’s a lot to say about the property. Starting with the amount of times I had to complain whether it was about the food being cold and never any good options to eat. I’ve never had to order out at an all Inclusive resort. I did file a complaint with the manager, everyone was very nice and it wasn’t the service, it was the quality. Also, the rooms are small and the bathrooms are like very small closets. I had to wait two nights for them to bring up an extra bed for me. Since we were supposed to have two queen beds vs. 1 king bed.

The all inclusive part , and the worker actually work and treat you like kings and queen there, only thing i didnt like was the bed was very hard and i couldnt get a good night sleep while i was there, and the people at the hotel was trying to force u to do timeshare , they mess our dinner reservations up

Royal suite was nice but AC didn’t work for the day went a half . Food was absolutely terrible so we eat off the resort for most meals. Staff was mixed but nice for the most part . Spa was amazing best massage of my life . Won’t return mainly because of the food .

I just want to take a moment to appreciate all staff everything you do on a daily basis making sure everyone is taken care of even on bad weather and hot conditions! Just you all know we all see your effort we appreciate you! The only thing that took me by surprise is the tour that turned into an membership advertisement. I think that there are times and places for that. One thing I would probably recommend is changing your menu. My observation was that I think you all been doing the routine a lot. Everything else was amazing room was incredible.

It was our first time visiting Cancun and glad we chose this resort for vacation. Great food options,very clean rooms, well kept landscaping around the resort. Staff is amazing and very friendly. We will definitely go back! Italian restaurant was our favorite for breakfast and dinner.

We had an amazing 30th anniversary celebration week. The VIP treatment was great- especially our butler Jessica. She helped us to upgrade our room and it was amazing! Rusmel took great care of us in the restaurant. The bartenders were great and very friendly. Limited (and not great) food options (in our opinion), but we will definitely go back to the exact same room!

Really loved our ocean front villa, and being able to use the cabana’s right at our doorstep! Staff were all friendly and courteous, rooms were cleaned beautifully each day. Would definitely come back!

I truly enjoyed my stay at this resort.When we first arrived the staff at concierre was very accommodating. What I would like to see is more authentic Mexican food. Although it was all inclusive, most of the food was American.That's the only drawback

Balcony door seals were not tight. This cased a constant sound from the wind. Safety was also a concern, since the floors were wet from rain entering through the cracked seals around the balcony doors.Buffet food, in serving units was cold.
