"First time in Cancun and first time at this property. I understand why many folks seem to come back for more. Our stay was magical! The food and drinks were delicious. All of the staff was super nice and accommodating. I would say this should be your choice if you're looking to enjoy a nice and quiet vacation. "The facilities and the staff were great but my only complaint would be the dining options were limited. There was an hour to hour and a half wait when we tried to eat at the steak house so we chose room service or the buffet. So when we went to the buffet, the selection was limited and the food was rather bland."

"Upon arrival were greeted by the concierge “Alfonso” which he escorted us to our room. We ask him to make restaurant reservations for us and he said he would (but never did) then proceeded to want us to go through a timeshare meeting with him which we refused because we have been through them before. We always stay at the Royal Resorts when we go to Mexico and have been through the meetings before. That is our biggest issues with the Royal timeshare sales. The food was decent. Service around...

"This was our second time staying there we can’t say enough how great this place is in every way you look at it . The staffs are excellent so helpful so courteous, every time we went out of the resort to explore they told us what to expect & make sure don’t fall for things that we shouldn’t buy .
