A couple of the staff were rude. Most of them were great. 8:00 to get some coffee unless you go eat or order room service with a $$. App wasn’t working well and we had a hard time scheduling stuff. The resort didn’t seem to be prepared for the storm. Not much of anything to occupy our time

It was an overall great experience. The room was spacious and always fully stocked with drinks. The cleaning crew were exceptional without prompting.The food options were countless and delicious. The service from the staff was impeccable, especially the individuals in the restaurants and bars. My only fault with the experience was having to wait and lack of communication when receiving my room. (had to wait about half an hour). However, when it was rectified, the experience was amazing. I will definitely recommend to others.

This resort is lovely I went during off-season so it was nice and quiet didn’t have to wait in line for anything. The food was good and the staff was very friendly the drinks are very tasty. The beach had some seaweed the first day but after a couple days it was totally clear and the ocean was beautiful.

I liked the resort but the food was horrible. I loved the swim bar and the bartender Gustavo was excellent. He always had a smile and had good spirit. I wouldn't stay there again because of the food experience. The entertainment was okay but could've been better.

The property itself is beautiful. On the older side, but well maintained. Staff is beyond helpful and friendly. The gift/convenience shop had all you could need and want. My only con to the property was the in room "mini bar" is not refrigerated and there was no ice maker and we couldn't request ice be delivered to the room. Our only option was ice cups, which didn't help much since the water and other beverages in the mini bar were room temperature.

Room was nice but hot water was an issue the first day we arrived. The beach was very dirty and we were not able to swim there. Had to take a tour to another beach to another area in cancun. If you are looking for a nice beachfront resort this is not ut.
