I really liked that they take you to the airport without cost . It’s close to the beach I went with my family for one week and it’s great if you just want to chill I really liked that the hotel brings souvenirs little shops their usually a little cheaper than other places they also have a lot of activities during the week and live music they also have Cancun letters with a beautiful view of the ocean

Starting with concierge Erick from Expedia and Karla from Park Royal Beach Cancun, they were very vague with out check in very little information about the Expedia perks at the resort. Very unprofessional very rude when asked to help around the resort. The hostess from two of the 3 restaurants was very rude and arrogant when speaking to me and my family his name was Rodrigo. Then on our last night I at the hotel a young lady came to the door on behave of concierge, Expedia to say good bye and let know that we have some of the spa privileges just for being expida members I was not told on the day that I arrived. Later that night we left our go pro by accident at the Frida restaurant and when asked Front Desk if anyone turned in a GoPro and guy named Victor a reception was very unprofessional and telling that telling my husband that there is nothing they can do to help until the next day at 9 AM and my husband told them we had an early flight the next day and then we would be gone by 4 AM and he in return said he should’ve come earlier not want to help that’s when my husband said he wanted to speak to the manager right away. We did needs up getting our go pro back. Overall, we would never book palace Royal Beach Cancun ever again

This resort has definitely fell off. I came here 3 years ago just me and my wife and it was excellent. That really set my standard high. Fast foward to this year, I brought my family and it definitely dissappointed me. The workers were great but the overall stay was not up to my standard. The restaurants were difficult to book, when I spoke to management their apps and booking services were down. They were no help. Our second option was the the buffet. And it was horrendous. The waiters were very fast and helpful but the food was very underwhelming considering the amount of money I payed. Lastly, the bar was very disorganized. There was only one person working the whole bar area and it creates a huge line. Other than that the beach was beautiful and the room cleaning service was amazing.

It was ok. Definitely needs some updates, and 1 of the elevator was broken for the 4 days we were there, so we waited around a lot for that. Over it was a fun time!

The facility little bit old and the bathroom ceiling leaking the water in my 2nd day stay in the room.one of the elevator out of service entire trip need to walked the stair go back to the room in 6 floor and go down too. The buffet refill the food little long.

Property was good. It wasn't the most luxurious place. But overall clean and in good condition, food wasn't that great. It was hit or mess average only at times in at best if that makes sense but convenient shopping center across the street hyen shopping center. Across the street LOL. But staff was good, friendly. Helpful ninety percent of the time

I was very disappointed about the condition of the facilities; the elevators were extremely slow. We rented a suite and the pull-out couch did not come with pillows, I called requesting extra pillows for it and they never came, not even after calling the front desk 3 xs. The next night I called again and again no one came. The third night we didn't bother calling anymore. The pools were small and they close at 8 pm. I wasn't able to make reservations for the inclusive restaurants on the facility, only one night. We ate at the buffet the other nights. I will say the staff at the buffet and the transportation staff were great! However, it really is not a 4 star resort, so don't pay the price of one.

This hotel has been the worst I have ever stayed in. The room was hot with no fans available. We had no running water from 7am to 5pm without notice. Housekeeping did a poor job restocking and cleaning. Despite requesting towels and toilet paper four times, they were only delivered around 10pm. We were a group of 13 and all of us experienced issues. Two of the rooms were flooded. The food was horrible and ended up eating outside the resort. Only one pool was open and there were no waiters in sight at the beach area. Overall, a very disappointing stay. Please skip over this hotel.

We always come here when vacationing in Cancun. Staff are very eager to please. It would be nice if they were able to find way to stop people from reserving lounge chairs with their stuff for the whole day. After 3 days of.pretty much zero lounge chairs, we had to do the same which I didn't like to do. Food was very good. Since resort is fairly small, it's easy to find your family members on the grounds.

Ceiling was leaking, flooded the bathroom. Toilet would not properly flush. Could not control ac temperature. One room was too hot the other was too cold. Food was terrible. Didn’t not receive clean towels after room cleaning. Elevators would take a while to come down or up.
