"This was the first stop on our trip thru Spain, embarking from Bilbao. Four sixty year olds looking for peace and quiet. We had driven through awesome mountain scenery and arrived at the hotel to be greeted by George (can't spell the Spanish version) who gave us a history of the area. The rooms were simple but very comfortable, with a bed that we didn't want to get out of! There were 6 rooms in an outside block, each with a small patio area and chairs and a mountain view. "Very nice hotel. Staff were extremely helpful, speaking English to explain everything to us. Lovely pool and garden. Easy walk into Arriondas for evening meal and entertainment. Close to canoeing and activities centre. "
