"The location is wonderful and unique. The sea seems the caribbean. Unluckily the management of the place is anachronistic. You pay a hotel price for a super basic service. Services are very poor and you pay everything extra. Wifi is extra, Air conditioning is extra and also didn't work properly. TV wasn't working and we asked four times to fix it but nobody came. "The hotell is OK I guess. No wifi, the bathroom could be cleaner and the bed was terrible. Other than that the hotell is okei becouse of the fant that the poolside and Malin building is in good shape, other than that i would have given it 2/10. Overall I wouldnt recomend it unfortunatelly. "

"Absolutely TERRIBLE stay. Long cues for check in & check out. Small rooms. Bad food & chaotic. I grabbed 10 cups all dirty. They say they give you free water & wine ON TAP! How disgusting is that. A pitcher of local wine. No thanks. Bad bed. This place was horrible & should be burned to the ground. Beach isn’t even nice. It’s rocky. I could not wait to check out. This is so a 1 star hotel. "We had a lovely week ! Staff all very pleasant and helpful . Rooms clean and a good size , bathrooms perfectly adequate . Lovely white fluffy towels . Swimming pool and surroundings perfect lots of loungers and umbrellas available . Kept meticulously clean . Food was mostly good but maybe not always food we are used to . "
