"Staff and hotel were great. Hotels.com advertise free parking but it cost €19/day. Hotels.com didn't reply on the discrepancy. Lovely beach, two big pools. Hotel was clean, breakfast buffet had a large selection. Staff were all very friendly. Only downside was the parking issue. If the resort had been busier we would have really struggled to find parking. "

"Excellent hotel situated across the road from the lovely Son Mol Beach. Quiet though central location. Impressive hotel room and high end bathroom. We booked half board and the standard of food is very high indeed. Only criticisms in relation to our stay would be that the pool which is such a feature of the Hotel, was not heated (early Nov) though we prefer sea swimming (which was warmer), bottled water was not provided free of charge in the room and we were expected to pay for Nespresso...

Food in the restaurant was one of the best we’ve had and we’ve been to a lot of half board Spanish hotels. Location good for shops cafes and a walk to the beach through the pine forest. "Fabulous hotel with some of the most hardworking and wonderful staff. I was a little apprehensive when I arrived as the sunbed area is restricted and backs directly onto the promenade but I needn’t had worried. There was always plenty of space and a wonderful atmosphere. Felt very comfortable as a solo traveller. All the staff were so kind and accommodating. Would recommend treating yourself to a massage and a few hours in the spa. Great choice of fresh, delicious buffet food. Can’t wait to go...

"It is a great apartment hotel that have what you need. Gave me a good base for biking. Great setup with the shuttle service too. Made it super easy. Great walk on the trail next to the ocean that takes you down to the beach."
